Warehouse Manager
The Warehouse Manager will support production as well as internal and external customers and partner with Lenso team members to ensure organizational goals and objectives are met.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare Raw material and Finished goods daily report on warehouse matters.
- Checking the receiving and issuing both RM and FG for warehouse.
- Monthly Billing, Invoicing, KPI filling.
- Ensure all stock inventory data are handled correctly and accurately in the system.
- Follow up RM, Packaging delivered on time and meet the requirement in place.
- Coordinate with Supplier, Production team, WH team, QA team, Sales team to ensure the inventory availability.
- Prepare documents for audit.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
- Supervise the receiving, warehousing and distribution of factory supplies
- Implement best industry practices for warehousing
- Ensure systemic security, inventory control and safety protocols are in place and adhered to
- Maintain a state-of-the art physical condition of the warehouse including optimizing layouts and handling equipment
- Manage the warehouse group providing training, counseling and coaching to employees.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements for warehouse operations
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years managerial factory warehousing experience.
- Thai or Ex-Pats are acceptable – Good English skills will be advantage
- Able to analyze needs and product requirements in order to design and plan
- Knowledge of business and management principles involving strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods and coordination of people and resources
- Multi-tasking ability and able to organize priorities.
